A browser-based application for image processing and generative glitch art.

The program is organized around two main directions.

The first is pixelation: a flexible set of visual filters that redraw an image using different forms, from squares and circles to ASCII characters, with options for retro palettes, dithering, and CRT-monitor effects.

The second is datamoshing: a set of destructive effects that irreversibly distort the source image. These include pixel sorting, audio-distortion visualization, RGB-channel displacement, and simulations of severe quality loss caused by repeated re-saving.

Deepfries was used extensively in the creation of the Misprint playing-card deck.
